As Head of Brand + Culture at Thomasville Restoration, I have discovered that PEOPLE are the single most important part of every single restoration project. Of everyday life! People, cared for well, do incredible things.
I have met so many amazing women (at industry conferences and locally) in my 5 years in the restoration industry. These women have helped me grow, challenged me, and taught me so, so much. I am forever grateful for the impact that they have had on my life and I want the opportunity to share that feeling with all ladies!
One of my favorite quotes is, "Women instinctively know how to nourish each other, and just being with each other is restorative."
I want to bring that to the restoration industry.
